Acts 2:42 describes the early Christians’ devotion to the apostles’ teaching, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer. It highlights the core practices of the early church as they gathered to learn, share, and worship together.
On Sunday, June 22, we’re inviting everyone (children, teens, and adults) to bring a sack lunch and stay after service for an Acts Sacks Lunch, a special time of connection and community inspired by the early church in Acts.
After the service, we’ll break into small groups and enjoy lunch together, giving us the opportunity to get better acquainted and strengthen the bonds within our church family.
Water and lemonade will be provided by the church.
We’re hoping the whole church will join in this simple but meaningful way of sharing life and growing in unity.
Let’s make space at the table and in our hearts for one another!
