Regathering Update

We want to keep you informed of the various adjustments we are making to our Sunday gathering to keep everyone as safe as possible.

We are excited to be reunited to worship together in-person as a church family on Sundays at 9:15 am for Bible Fellowship classes and at 10:30 am for our Worship Service. We want to be wise and safe in regathering, being very considerate of our most vulnerable members in the community. We will be taking the following measures upon reconvening:

  • Practice social distancing as much as possible.
  • Staggered seating in the pews. Families sitting together in their own pew while couples or singles can share a pew at opposite ends.
  • Having greeters open the main doors to the church and Sanctuary doors for you.
  • We have installed automatic dispensers in our main floor bathrooms for paper towel and soap.
  • We have sanitizer stations at both the Welcome Center and the main doors of the Sanctuary.
  • We strongly encourage you to wear a mask! We will have masks available at the Welcome Center in case you need one. We request that if you choose not to wear a mask, that you sit in the section of the Sanctuary designated for you. The section will be on the southeast side of the Sanctuary and the northwest side of the balcony with signage.
  • We are eliminating the passing of the plate. We ask that you put tithes and offerings into the boxes on the back walls of the Sanctuary. We also strongly encourage you to set up online giving through our website if you haven’t already done so.
  • Prepackaged Communion will be provided for you the first Sunday of each month.
  • We have regularly scheduled cleaning set during the week.
  • We ask that if you are not feeling well, or are immuno-compromised, that you do not attend church, but continue to watch our services on-line.
Little Trikes (Birth-K) | Kidventure (Grades 1-5) | Youth (Grades 6-12)

Our Children’s and Youth Programming meets at 9:15 am during the Bible Fellowship Hour and during 10:30 am service.  Little Trikes & Kidventure will have music, stories, and lessons available on their YouTube Channels. As we open our doors to your children, please be aware of the following:

  • Classrooms will open at 9:15am & 10:15 am
  • There will be NO social distancing in the Kidventure and Little Trikes classrooms
  • Volunteers and children are strongly encouraged to wear masks – masks are available at the Welcome Center
  • Employees are required to wear masks
  • A snack will be served in the classrooms
  • Normal glove-wearing and handwashing procedures will be in place in Little Trikes in regards to diaper changing
  • If you are bringing items such as a diaper bag, a jacket, etc. please label your items and hang them on the hooks located outside of the Little Trikes classroom
  • Toys will be washed and sanitized often
  • Please DO NOT send your child(ren) if they are not feeling well or if they’ve had a fever, cough or flu-like symptoms within 24 hours
  • We have an electronic check-in system. All current families have already been put into the system, and assistance will be available if you need help checking in.
