Hilltop’s youth will be kicking off summer 2021 with a Chicago Mission Trip June 19 – 25. This opportunity is open to students in grades 6 -12. We will be focusing on serving the community of Chicago while building relationships with a partner church. We will be going through an organization called Praying Pelicans. Our hope is that our students will take this opportunity to grow and see the world differently as they serve those less fortunate than themselves. Registration for this summer’s mission trip is closed.

DATES: June 19 – 25, 2021

WHERE: Chicago, Illinois

LODGING: We will stay with a host church. They will not have bunks so we will be sleeping on the floor. Make sure your student brings whatever they need to sleep on the floor at the church.

PURPOSE: To provide students the opportunity to minister to others. To build into them the desire and confidence that they can make a difference in the world by serving Jesus Christ.

COST: $400 and we will be having a fundraiser in May to offset some of the cost. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required by 5/18/2021. Payment can be made HERE.

DETAILS: For mission work, we will be doing various projects around Chicago every day with one day as a “fun day” where we will be able to go and explore. There is the possibility of assisting with something like a VBS.
