Women of the Word (W.O.W.) Ladies Bible Study is an interdenominational Bible study for women of all ages who desire a closer walk with the Lord through the knowledge of His Word. W.O.W. is facilitated in a small group setting with women studying the Word of God and seeking its truths. Our objective is not only to gain knowledge of God’s Word but also to apply the knowledge obtained to transform our lives.
Without question one of the most remarkable Christian doctrines is that Jesus Christ himself through the Holy Spirit will actually enter a heart, settle down and be at home there. Christ will live in any heart that welcomes him.
Ephesians 3:16 says,
“I pray that he [GOD] may grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with power in your inner being through his Spirit, and that Christ may settle down and be at home in your hearts by faith”.
Women of the Word invite you to join them for their spring semester as they bring you their new study, “My Heart – Christ’s Home” beginning Tuesday, April 9 at 9:25 am. All women are invited to attend as we discover what joy he brings when we invite Jesus in to make his residence within our heart.
Women today need Bible study to keep balanced, focused, and Christ-centered in their busy worlds. They also need to interact with women of different ages and stages (Titus 2:3-5). This Bible study is designed to meet both needs.
W.O.W. Ladies Bible Study meets on Tuesday mornings from 9:25 – 11:15 am.
Our time together includes building community through sharing and prayer, discussing the Bible lesson within a small group setting, and joining in a large group setting for a time of Worship, prayer, and a weekly lesson.
Registration Information:
A children’s program is available for infants through age 5, beginning at 9:15 a.m.
Enrollment will be open throughout the year. Women from all denominations and faiths are welcome to attend.
In the event of inclement weather, W.O.W. Ladies Bible Study will be canceled if Novi Public Schools are closed. Check with your favorite radio or television news station for school cancellation information.
